Consolidated: FY27 sync plan F3 vs current outlook

• Outlook FY27 = Apr–Sep actuals + October (actuals to date + forecast for the rest of the month) + Nov–Mar from the input sheet. F3 FY27 = sync plan Apr–Mar. Opening stock is not included in either. Bars show only projects that move; hover a bar for its numbers.
• Leekasar RfC −20 is a booking difference, not a slip: the RJ file carries 20 RfC in opening stock that the sync plan has in Apr-26 (every later month is also one month earlier in the RJ file). Including opening stock both reach 93.
• Yanara: RfC starts in Dec instead of Nov (−15); CoD of 20 in Mar-27 is not in F3. Shiv LTA +1: 47 in the outlook vs 46 in the sync plan.
• Covers every RJ, MH and MP row in the sync plan, EQ included, so F3 totals equal the sync plan. Projects not in the Excel sheets have no outlook yet and are held at their sync plan F3 (no difference). F3 here is the sync plan as is, without the per-project adjustments made in the input sheet.
• MH / MP: outlook follows the Excel sheet as submitted; see the QC notes for data gaps (e.g. Mahindra Susten 3.3 MW largely missing from the sync plan).
